Is the hair natural?
Yes, we only work with natural human hair for hair extensions. No synthetic or organic hair. We only use natural hair, especially for you.

Can I dye, color or bleach my hair?
Of course! All human hair can be colored, tinted or bleached. However, it is important to know that after these operations, the warranty on the hair ends, as we cannot evaluate the product after it has been chemically treated, even if it is simply a toner. We recommend that you use a professional who specializes in coloring natural kinky hair.

How is hair woven?
Our weaving is industrial, carried out using a special machine. This guarantees a perfect finish and no loss of threads. You can therefore be sure of buying a high-quality product.

Is your hair permed?
No, the hair is not permed. It is imported and retains its natural texture even with use, washing and detangling. However, even though it is not recommended, if you want to straighten your hair with a flat iron, you can do so. After washing, the hair will return to its natural texture, whether it is frizzy or curly.

How long is the hair?
We have 12, 16, 20 and 24 inch hair. These measurements are taken when the hair is straight. The length in curl form will vary depending on each person's texture.

Please keep in mind that due to the weaving process, the hair may vary up to 5 cm less or more from the original measurement.

Is a 100 gram pack of hair enough for a full head?
A 100g pack of hair may be enough for your head, but it depends on a number of factors, such as the natural amount of hair: it is important that the amount of length matches your natural amount of hair. If you have a lot of hair, 100g may not be enough, depending on the desired effect.
Desired Hair Length: For 12" and 16" hair, 100g is usually enough for most people, especially with the tic-tac method. However, if you want 20" hair, unless you already have considerable length in your natural hair (at least 14") or are using a braiding method where part of your hair is left loose, we recommend purchasing 200g of hair. For 24" hair, most customers need at least 2 packs (200g).
Desired volume: Even for short hair, if you want to get a lot of volume, it is better to buy at least 2 packs (200 g), especially if you buy the curly and wavy texture, because the curls are more open.
These tips are based on our Queens' personal experience. But feel free to do it your way or ask your trusted hairstylist for advice.
