Directions for use

Washing :
It is essential to use a neutral shampoo and conditioner, specially designed to achieve the best possible results on natural hair and yours. Use our scalp brush to effectively remove residue. To dry your hair properly, use the microfiber towel.

We recommend washing your hair 1-2 times a week.

Combing/Detangling:
Use the detangling brush with a little water and styling cream, always starting from the roots to the ends. We recommend using your fingers for pre-detangling.

Hydration:
We recommend moisturizing your hair once a month (especially if your hair has been dyed or bleached). Check out some tips on our blog by clicking here.

To sleep:
Use the satin bonnet to reduce friction of your hair with surfaces and prevent frizz. It is not recommended to sleep with hairpieces (tic-tacs, wigs, bangs and ponytails) as this can cause pulling on your own hair and compromise the durability of the products.

Storage:
Use our satin hair storage bag or wig holder to store your applique properly.

*We recommend special care for dyed or bleached hair.


How to wash wigs and ponytails:
Apply the shampoo directly to the wig cap or ponytail, not to the hair. Rub for about 1 minute and rinse. While rinsing, the shampoo will clean the hair properly. After rinsing, apply the conditioner directly to the hair, distributing it evenly over the entire length, focusing on the ends. Leave the conditioner on for a few moments and rinse thoroughly. After cleaning the hair, apply the styling cream evenly to damp hair and finish as desired.
